About Sarah

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past five years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate senior care, with a focus on supporting independence and well-being. My college degree has given me a solid foundation, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I provide respite care, hospice services, and home health, as well as assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and physical activity. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Building connections through respect is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in helping others live their best lives, and I look forward to bringing that same dedication to your family.
