About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have worked as a daycare teacher, after-school teacher, swim coach, and behavioral technician providing ABA therapy. I strongly believe that children are adaptable to their environment and that there is no such thing as a "bad" kid-only children who need understanding, support, and consistency. I approach caregiving with patience, empathy, and a strengths-based mindset, always focusing on helping children feel safe, confident, and understood. I would describe my personality as very nurturing and empathetic. I value clear communication with families and strive to create a calm, supportive environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally. I truly enjoy building trusting relationships with both children and parents.
