When I was a junior in high school I nannied for a family woth three young children under 10 years old. The mother was a veterinarian, and the father worked nights. So when she was on call I would stay at the house with the family and help care for the kids when she was called for a work emergency. While I nannied I was responsible for homework help, entertainment, feeding, bathing and putting the children to bed. I absolutely loved it but unfortunately had to stop when I went away to college. I still have a relationship with the family to this day. In addition to this experience I have also babysat on several occasions for close friends and family when they needed me.
