This was our first time having a non-family member watch our 1yr old daughter, and Sarah was perfect! We hired Sarah for a 3wk workday (Monday-Thursday) stretch before daycare started in the fall. She was communicative, professional and punctual. She kept our daughter’s routine, played with her and even our dogs, and respected our home. Our daughter does not tend to warm up to people easily, but she loved Sarah! We would definitely hire Sarah again!
