Sarah regularly watches our four month old and she has a wonderful bond with him. You can tell that she truly cares for him. She sings and reads to him all the time. She is great with feedback and is a champ at helping him do tummy time (which has improved immensely with her help). She is very observant and lets me know if there are any changes in our son's behavior. My husband and I both work from home, but we would be confident in leaving Sarah on her own with our son. We also feel comfortable with her in our home, she fits right in and goes with the flow! She has such a sweet demeanor and a very calming effect on my son (who can be a bit of a grumpy baby!).
