Sara sat for our 9 year old daughter who has Down syndrome and is also autistic along with her very active brother who is 8. She was on time, she was wonderful with our children. Our daughter is non-verbal but she seemed very happy when we came home. Our son was so happy with her he wanted her to come again the next day. We will definitely have her back to sit for us again.
