an Early Childhood Educator with over 10 years of experience. I am still very passionate about the early years of a child's development, but looking to transition from a school environment to a more personalized nannying role with a family. The center where I currently work embraces the philosophy, focusing on play-based, intentional activities that support developmental milestones while still aligning with the individual interests and needs of the child/children. Along with planned activities, I am also more than willing to document the child/children's progress through pictures and detailed write-ups, providing families with insights into their growth. I can assist with household needs, including cleaning, cooking, and coordinating routines for the family while simultaneously involving the child/children in these routines to foster their independence and sense of responsibility.
