My approach focuses on building confidence and a genuine love for learning, not just memorization, by creating an engaging and patient learning environment. I actively listen and observe to understand each student's individual learning style, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. With 5 years of experience and a graduate degree, I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and break down complex problems. Communication is essential, building trust and collaboration with both students and parents through regular updates. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable with pets, so I can easily come to you. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I would love to help your student succeed!
