About Sara

Hello! My name is Sara. I have worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for 24 years. For 17 years of my career, I have worked with children and adults with special needs. I have heard many times over the years that caregivers often don't have time or take the time for themselves as they are focused on taking care of their loved one with special needs. I would LOVE to offer my help in caring for your loved one while you take time for yourself! Whether that be a doctors appointment, date night with your spouse, running errands, hanging out with your friends, or just taking a break out in nature for a few hours! I am First Aid and CPR certified. I have also taken respite care training courses. Please consider me when looking for respite care or a quick break! I would LOVE to help you!
