About Sara

l am a Registered Nurse and tutor with experience in women's health, postpartum, newborn care, patient education, and family support since 2019. I enjoy working with children, students, and families and am known for being patient and supportive. My tutoring experience began through peer tutoring programs at a young age and later became professional during undergrad, where I tutored college mathematics and anatomy through university academic support centers for over two years. I also helped students prepare for nursing entrance exams, nursing prerequisite courses, and nursing classes. I believe everyone learns differently, and I enjoy helping students build confidence and reach those "light bulb" moments. I come from a military family and have lived in many different environments, making me adaptable and comfortable working with diverse backgrounds. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my children, music, volunteering, and gardening.
