Experienced hospice aide and nursing assistant looking to provide in-home care. I have done private duty for relatives of my coworkers and enjoy the more relaxed environment. I see firsthand how difficult it is caring for a loved one and would like to share my gifts and talents with those who need and appreciate it. I also understand and am mindful of how hard it is to have someone (a stranger) come into one's home. I currently work as a hospice aide and have a lot of flexibility with my scheduling. I'm open to overnight care as I do not have young children. I started caring for seniors in 2014 for the nonprofit Clermont Senior Services in Clermont county, OH. This was to gain the experience to go on to hospice work. Duties included assistance with activities of daily living, meal prep, companionship, and errands. One thing you should know about me is that I care. A lot. I have also worked in the hospital acute setting, but there's no place like home.
