My college degree prepared me well. I provide personal care with compassion and empathy. I am friendly and detail-oriented. Respecting independence is important to me. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience. I provide verbal updates during visits. I also provide written daily reports, depending on the family's communication preference.
