I can’t recommend Sara highly enough—truly, just hire her. From the moment we met her, we knew she was special. What started as a short three-week trial turned into a long-term relationship within just two days. Hiring Sara is, without question, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She joined our family when our baby was just 9 months old and stayed with us for about a year, even helping us navigate a cross-country move back to New York during COVID. When we eventually returned to LA and found she was already booked, I honestly did everything I could (including begging!) to bring her back into our lives—and thankfully, she did. At that point, we had a toddler and a baby, and once again, she stepped in seamlessly. Even beyond that, she’s always been there for us whenever we’ve needed extra help. Beyond childcare, Sara is incredibly proactive—she keeps the household running smoothly, loves to clean and organize, and brings a level of calm and order that every family dreams of. Within weeks of meeting her, we knew she genuinely loved and cared for our son, and that feeling has only grown over time. To this day, I trust her completely—honestly, sometimes more than I trust myself. She isn’t just someone who worked for us—she became family.
