About Sara

Hi! My name is Sara , and I'm a local to Marin who's just moved back to the Bay Area from the east coast. I'm currently an art teacher at The Hamlin School 1:30- 6 p.m. school days, and I hold a Master's in Art Education. For the past six years, I've been deeply immersed in childhood education, with a minor in education as well. I'm passionate about inclusive teaching, creative thinking, and fostering a safe, welcoming environment where kids can thrive. I'm now looking for morning or in-school hour opportunities, or weekend work, to continue supporting young people's growth through art and education. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, compassionate, and energetic Ideally, I'm looking for hours in the morning, waking up, breakfast, and taking kids to school. I'm also happy to take on evenings to support a date night, or on weekends!
