Sara has done an outstanding job caring for our family. Immediately upon meeting our kids she was warm and engaging with them while also understanding that it can take a little bit for kids to adjust to new people. We hired her and she has become a favorite caretaker that our kids ask for when we need childcare. She shows up ready to create a fun, exciting, and safe environment. She is very mindful of the rhythms and norms of our family and seamlessly fits right into them which provides consistency and safety for our kids. She is flexible and willing to adapt to what we need from her each day, including dropping them off somewhere or taking them on an adventure. We love Sara and highly recommend her!!
