About Sara

Hello! My name is Sara, and I have an associate degree in Child and Adolescent Development, experience planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddler aged children, as well as experience with adaptive learning and children with disabilities. I have worked as a tutor, classroom aide, and PE teacher for kindergarten-fifth grade students, and as an infant and toddler teacher. I have also been a babysitter and regular caregiver for infants and young children for over eight years. I am passionate about early reading skills, cultivating creativity through outdoor and hands-on play, and encouraging independence and confidence. I love providing activities relating to art, music, cooking/baking, and movement. I'm also a fan of going on adventures to parks, beaches, museums, etc. and love to stay busy.
