After a mid life dis-easement I transitioned into the wellness business. I worked with body cleanse protocols, detox, nutrition, organic farm, RET, EFT, rapid eye movement for emotional stress/ trauma release and taught Life Skills classes. I also worked with chromotherapy and essential oils. I taught Meditation and Kundalini yoga. I worked in health holistic retreats. I owned a travel business, coordinating and guiding healing trips overseas. I have worked as a caregiver, helping clients to improve their health with nutrition, mobility and social interactions. I had a former career in Real Estate sales, negotiating contracts, managing rentals l. Sara is reliable, an outside the box thinker, people's person with great customer service and work ethics.
