About Sanya

Hi, I'm Sanya! I have a unique and varied background: I am an actor, a singer, a math major, a coding and test-prep tutor - and more. My varied background heavily informs my approach to teaching. A class with me is holistic; I address emotional roadblocks, provide encouragement, incorporate games, visualization techniques, focusing techniques, training strategies. etc. I believe substantial change in academic performance requires that the student grows in all areas of their life. I have a deep respect for children and am excited to help them grow, while they help me grow as well. *I have 3 years of experience tutoring kids from ages 5 to 14 I am comfortable speaking Spanish.*
