Santia is a top-notch, spectacular caregiver! We were lucky enough to have her helping my elderly in-laws for over two months in 2025 after a nasty bout with Covid left them with diminished capacity. My 83-year-old mother-in-law has multiple sclerosis and is unable to walk. Santia is tiny but mighty, and she was able to help her effortlessly with transfers. She was great at reminding her to stay hydrated, and she kept my in-laws well fed and safe. Santia has a sparkling personality — fun yet incredibly professional. She always showed up on time and conducted herself in an exemplary manner, expertly navigating my in-laws' grumpy moods and resistance to receiving care. She is a strong communicator and responds quickly and clearly to calls and texts. She is tremendously gracious, rolling with the punches of dealing with her elderly clients and doing a great job no matter what comes her way. I was incredibly sad when it came time for us to part ways. I will miss her very much. I really cannot imagine a better caregiver! If you are fortunate enough to work with Santia, you will not be disappointed. She is, quite simply, the best of the best!
