Sandy was the ideal caretaker for our son who was between 5-10 months old at the time. She is communicative, trustworthy, energetic, playful, and kind. She is incredibly knowledgeable about children, but will still defer to you and follow the plan and preferences that you express. What I appreciate most about Sandy is her all-out effort and engagement level; when with our child, she was entirely focused on him and his care. She did not only watch him, she helped develop his language and social skills with her engaging approach.
