About Sophia

I graduated from BSU with my Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education in 2023. I have been a nanny since 2022 for a few different families with children ranging from newborn to 5 years old. At this time I am looking for part time jobs until September 11th and then starting September 30th I will be looking for a more full time nanny position. I have worked in a child care center with babies, toddlers, and preschool aged children. While attending BSU, I interned in a kindergarten classroom and I did my student teaching in a developmental preschool. I have experience nannying and have been babysitting for about 12 years. I have a 1. 5-year-old who I am looking to bring with me to nanny. For occasional babysitting jobs in the evening or on weekends, she typically would not need to come with me. I love spending time outside and encouraging outside play time.

I would recommend Sophia to any friend in need of a nanny or a sitter! She is reliable, timely, communicative, and most of all, caring and gentle with little ones! Sophia helped me on a short term nanny basis, with my two-year-old son. She and her daughter were a sweet and welcome addition to the household. With my son, she was fun: willing to play, open to taking walks/trips to the park, easily handled meals, and of course, naptime. Once the little ones were asleep, she readily helped with other small chores, such as dishes. It was really appreciated and I love how she took initiative! I would welcome Sophia and her little one back anytime!
