About Sandy

I'm a warm, dependable, and energetic caregiver with years of experience caring for children. After my second child was born in 1987, I left my full-time job and started a small family daycare. I've raised three children and also hosted international students in our home. I love children's curiosity and enthusiasm and enjoy creating a safe, happy environment where they can learn and grow. I'm patient, organized, and enjoy cooking, preparing healthy meals, helping with homework, and planning fun activities. I'm also happy to help with household chores and errands. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with my grandsons, including picking them up after school and cheering them on at soccer games! I'm looking for a part-time position, ideally 15-20 hours a week over 2-3 days. I'd love to find a family where I can make a positive difference and build a lasting relationship.
