I'd describe my personality as caring, reliable and outgoing. I like caring for people with special needs because I'm a caregiver at heart. I find a sense of fulfillment caring for others. I'm looking for a job that is 20-40 hours a week. I started caring for people with special needs when my sister was born. She is developmentally disabled and I helped with her care as we grew up and am now her Guardian. I have worked in and helped run residential programs for almost 40 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children, grandchildren and dogs. One thing you should know about me is I am a genuine person. My skills include cooking, cleaning and planing activities.
