About Sandy

Empowering students to unlock their unique potential is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure long-term academic success. I prioritize an engaging, patient environment where I adapt my methods by observing how you interact with new material and incorporating your personal interests into our lessons. Open communication with both you and your parents is vital to my process, as it allows me to set clear expectations and tailor my support effectively. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment during our sessions at your home. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am truly passionate about helping you gain the confidence you need to reach your goals.
