Hello! I'm Sandtrece, an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and practical nursing student with nearly a decade of healthcare experience, including leadership and supervisory roles. My background includes skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, mental health, and in-home care. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, cerebral palsy, mental health challenges, behavioral needs, and other complex conditions. My skills include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, emotional support, crisis intervention, and hospice care. I also have experience supervising and training caregivers and working as a Special Education Aide supporting children with developmental and learning needs.
