Hello! My name is Sandrell, and I have been a Para-Professional at San Lorenzo School District for almost 11 years now. I have worked with a wide range of students who have special needs as wells as those on the autism spectrum. I currently work as a 1:1 para where I assist a student reach their IEP goals. I also support teachers who may have a student who struggles behaviorally for a variety of reasons with BIP plans. I'm trained in ABA strategies and know how to implement the interventions that will promote social awareness, growth, and structure so the client can thrive. I'm trained in CPI/CPR/first aid. I am patient and passionate about the work I do and will give my best services to the family I work for.

Sandrell cared for my disabled daughter for a couple of years before the pandemic hit. My daughter is very social and they really hit it off. Sandrell took her to outings and to meet friends. Sandrell has a curious mind . At the time she was also an IA at a school, and we talked together about strategies for teaching students with disabilities. We miss her!
