Spent 18 years working in Special Education. I also worked with adult clients who have special needs and behavioral issues, for close to 4 years. I have been a Nanny for the last 6 years. I also have spent a little less then 2 years, caring for a clients who had dementia. Each job is always hard to leave because I have the privilege to have a close relationship with the client and family. I am loyal and committed to each family I serve. Right now I am a Nanny for a precious 2 . 5-year-old boy. Unfortunately for me, he will start preschool in an August and I'll be out of a job. I also am willing to start sooner if needed. Sande has been taking care of our two-year-old for the last few months while our previous nanny (her niece) was on maternity leave. It's always stressful finding new childcare, but Sande made the transition very easy for all of us! She is wonderful with our son, incredibly loving but also comfortable with discipline and routines for our almost teenager. She has raised four kids of her own and brings all that experience, but she is also a great listener in terms of our desires and expectations for our son. Any family would be lucky to have her!
