About Sandra

I work with Minnieland academy, infants and 2-year-olds for about 6 years. I also have trained experience working with all ages. My responsibilities is to make sure my group is well taken care off at all time. safety is number one and lot of TLC. I like to learn from children, because through their learning you will develop what they are interest in. And what they like to do, what will get their attention. I also like to get under on their level! getting down on their level, will open doors off them opening up and being comfortable around you. I also do activities with them throughout the day. activities are base on what they are interest in, what they like and makes them happy. And also learning through playing and discovering themselves. Meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of children.
