Caring for seniors is truly my calling. With over 15 years of experience supporting adults and older adults, I provide compassionate, attentive, and dependable care. I hold a graduate degree and am CPR and First Aid certified, offering a strong foundation in safety and well-being. I assist with daily needs including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, companionship, mobility assistance, and medication management, including administering medications per doctor's orders. I also follow physical therapy plans to support strength, mobility, and overall wellness. I adapt to changing routines, ease confusion, and de-escalate stressful situations with patience and empathy. Additionally, I help coordinate appointments, travel, and outings. I prioritize clear communication and strive to build trust, dignity, and comfort in every interaction.
