For more than 10 years, I've helped older adults and their families through life's transitions with warmth, patience, and a good sense of humor. I founded and ran a senior care company here in the Midcoast, and I've worked as an independent care consultant ever since. I'm the person families call when things feel overwhelming. I coordinate care, advocate at appointments, run errands, and keep everyone in the loop, however you prefer to communicate. I'm calm in stressful moments and especially comfortable supporting people living with memory loss. I also help with downsizing and organizing, which I know can be emotional. I take time to learn each person's story, because the details of a life matter. Whether you need respite for a few hours or a steady partner in managing a loved one's care, I'd be glad to help your family feel supported and less alone.
