I have been a registered behavioral technician for almost two years. I started out in a clinic where I worked with children with various needs from ADHD to nonverbal. I also have experience in working in schools doing one on one work. I have gained skills in deescalating high behaviors and utilizing positive reinforcement. This field also taught me quick thinking, improvising, problem solving and of course ways of making learning fun!
