I have been a caregiver for seniors 14 years. I am comfortable caring for both men and woman. I have been working with hospice clients for 14 years as well as Parkinson, MS, COPD, CHF & Alzheimer's clients. I am CPR and First aid trained. I am trained in Foley care as well as full Incontinence care and wound care. I have earned Certifications in Dementia care, EssentiALZ with Alzheimer's Association, End-of-life Palliative Care, Navigating the end-of-life journey, Bereavement and Grief Counseling and Safe Handling/Administration of Medication including insulin & Perform and document vital signs as clinically indicated. I also provide emergency in-home hospice care, when your love one comes home from the hospital, rehabilitation or skilled nursing home. I help families through those critical hours by preparing the home and staying to provide total one-on-one care. While the hospice nurse completes the admission, I'm there to make sure your loved one-and your family-are never alone.
