I relocated to Perry, Georgia. I adhere to the strict CDC Covid-19 safety guidelines. I am vetted and certified with a Home Instead Senior Care Agency in North Georgia. I am an African- American retired Educator and Therapist. I made a commitment to carry out and promote health, safety and prevention measures for seniors. I provided programs and services to seniors resulting in improvement of Quality of Life, Health and Well-Being. I facilitated classes for seniors to participate in relevant and an active retirement lifestyle. I obtained credentials as a Certified Master Trainer in A Matter of Balance, Fall Prevention and Core Training for Seniors. I have provided 25+ years of services to seniors. I am a personal trainer, advanced massage therapist, fitness consultant, walker, cyclist, hiker, dancer and former ultra-runner. Reading and music are two of my passions. I enjoy listening, simple board games, movies and simple puzzles.
