We interviewed Sandra for a nanny role. Although we did not hire her (purely because we found another candidate who'd worked for a neighbor and had a lot of connections in the area), I was so impressed with Sandra. She was warm and caring, and spoke with real affection for the children she's watched. She seemed responsible and trustworthy. She had great perspective on the appropriate level of discipline for toddlers through preschoolers, and wonderful ideas for how to keep kids engaged and helpful.
