We moved to Alabama, otherwise we would have employed Sandra for the rest of our lives. Our boys light up when she arrives every morning and are sad to see her leave every evening. She is such a special nanny and is truly part of the family. She started with my four year-old son when he was five months and then began with my 2 year old son when he was three months. She is well-versed in feeding, schedules, sleep routines, etc. Sandra takes the boys out of the house every day - they go to the library, parks, playgrounds, on the metro/bus, you name it. If you prefer she stick around the house she’s also comfortable with that. She is always on time and is extremely reliable. She is Spanish speaking and has both of my boys fully understanding and speaking Spanish.
