About Sandra

Not only do I have a few years of college studies under my belt, I graduated from the Macomb Mathematics Science and Technology Center in 2018! Through all of high school I participated in honors and Advanced Placement classes so my range of understanding of subjects varies from lower elementary through college level courses for high schoolers! I spent two years as a mentor for FIRST Robotics teams giving me lots of experience helping students problem solve. I believe that creating a space where students are comfortable and not self conscious about failure is a necessity for their growth so they can grow at their pace with confidence. I do my very best to give students the tools to figure things out for themselves to enhance their understanding, and I'm very passionate about helping kids reach their full potential academically!
