She went above and beyond her job description. Whenever I needed assistance off hours, a phone call to Sandra, and she would come and help me with my wife. Sandra was very caring, always had a smile, and my wife looked forward to seeing her. She traveled with my wife to the doctor's appointments and was able to give detailed information of symptoms to the doctors. She also accompanied my wife to the ER on several occasions, caring for her, while interacting with the medical people, and her medical knowledge was very helpful during this difficult time. Sandra has a great demeanor, she really felt like family.
