About Sandra

I am someone who has always enjoyed caring for little ones. While with them, I would try to do different activities to stimulate their minds and help them develop. For example, I would try doing arts & crafts, reading or other activities and then talking about what they've learned that day to encourage self-expression and build their imaginations. After taking my Developmental Psychology class, I realize how important it is to engage children as much as possible at an early age to help them progress. I have babysat for several of my family members when they were young ranging from a few months old to 10 years old. I have worked with one family after returning home from college for about 3 months whose child was about 8 months old. then worked with another family the following summer whose children were 1 yr & 3 yrs of age. A little more about me... I am more available now after I recently left my full-time job in accounting to go back to school for my masters in education.
