Sandy is rare breed of true caregiver. She Intuits things that need to be done at home and with children that keep a busy family on track. As a working mom, I never worried for my children's safety and came home to a clean kitchen and many household tasks complete. This allowed me to more easily shift focus back to my family when I got home. What a stress-reducer for me. We all adore her and now consider her part of our extended family. If you are going to treat her like "the help" or extremely formally, you will miss out on her true loving and helpful nature.
