About Sandra

Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. My year of experience in adult and senior care roles has solidified my passion for supporting their well-being and independence. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I also have current CPR and First Aid Training. With graduate-level education, I am compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, assist with personal care, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I respect the independence of those I care for. I provide written daily reports and follow each family's preferred communication method. I have a car, and I speak English, French, and Spanish.
