About Sandra

I'm a caregiver with a college degree and a history of supporting the seniors in my family. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to foster well-being and independence. I try to defuse stressful situations to manage confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I believe it is important to establish a relationship and strive to understand each person's unique history and values. I provide transportation and run errands. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, adapting to their preferred method. I was previously certified in CPR and First Aid and am committed to getting re-certified. I have received this year's flu and COVID shots.
