Let me lead with I do not transport clients to appointments. I am not comfortable with that responsibility due to traffic & I drive a truck that is difficult to get in to. I have over 20 years experience with senior care, dementia, Alzheimer's & Down Syndrome. I love helping seniors because I am a senior & understand what they are dealing with. My past positions include med management, companionship, preparing meals (simple but good), light housekeeping & grocery/meal planning. I would make grocery list, family would order & have delivered. I am willing to pick up prescriptions, personal items if they are close. I smoke but only outside or in my truck. That worked for my other clients as long as I did not smoke inside. I believe in honesty & realistic expectations. I have letters of recommendation & referrals. Experienced changing wound dressings, assisting with walker, getting up & down, or wheelchair.
