I wanted to introduce myself because I am a straightforward person who truly enjoys helping others and enhancing people's quality of life. I have years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors who have mental health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities, trauma, and high-risk behaviors. Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for helping individuals. I have learned to meet people where they are, treat them with respect, and encourage them to be as independent as possible. I have a huge heart, and I always go above and beyond because I genuinely love what I do. I understand how difficult it can be for families, case managers, and providers to find someone they can trust to care for vulnerable individuals.
