I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting attention, and handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, while always following the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with your loved one. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
