Samyia was a decent sitter however, I would not recommend her for future Nanny positions. She notified me at 9:34pm Thursday night of her second week of childcare that she would not be returning Friday due to another job she was offered. She never communicated with me during nor prior to that she would not be able to meet her Nanny contract obligations. I hope in the future, when taking a Nanny position she notifies her employer with ample time so they can have coverage for their childcare needs. Parents depend on reliable people to take care of their family members, this could have been avoided if she was honest and upfront about her availibilities and upheld her end of the Nanny Contract she signed with me.
