I have three years of experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with memory care needs. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls.
