And she made sure life didn’t shrink down to the basics: she planned small outings, took them to the store, helped them pick out flowers for their planters, and looked for ways to keep their days pleasant and meaningful. What stood out most, though, was her loyalty and trustworthiness. During illnesses and hospital stays, Samri would stay overnight with them when needed, providing reassuring presence and careful attention in circumstances where family members cannot always be there every moment. Knowing she was with them brought enormous comfort.
