About Sam

Hi! My name is Sam, I'm 24 years old and I live in Morro Bay! I started tutoring younger kids when I was in 5th grade and moved into tutoring special education when I was in high school as a way to volunteer. After I graduated, I began tutoring for pay and worked as a teaching assistant at an after school program. I like tutoring because it can help kids become the best version of themselves. I know first hand the difference a good tutor can make and I want to help others as a way to give back to those who helped me. I'm available for anything from a one-time meeting to prep for a big test to consistent meetings that work for your schedule. I am very flexible so whatever works best for you. In my spare time, I like to take my dog on walks and go to the beach. I also love to cook and love crafts like painting and crochet.
