With three years of experience providing care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I understand that building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I can assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have some college education, am CPR and First Aid trained, and have a reliable car. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and joy to someone's day is why I love doing this work.
