I'd describe my personality as responsible, energetic, and reliable. I like working with kids because it comes naturally to me. I've always been good at keeping them engaged and connecting with them. I'm confident in my ability to be patient, build trust, and create a space where they can have fun. I'm looking for a job that can be consistent, where the expectations are clear and I can be both responsible and fun in my role. I started working with kids when I was in high school with kids in my neighborhood. I did this all throughout high school and since then I have with kids through programs my university has had with mentoring. One thing you should know about me is that I really care and that I won't just show up to watch your kids but support and make sure they feel safe. My skills include patience, communication, and creativity.
